Reservations

The full rental price of the home, including all local & state taxes, is $1,399.00 (USD) with no additional fees or charges.  All we request to reserve your specific weekend is a $200.00 downpayment that is applied to your grand total.  Other than that all we ask for is a seperate $200.00 security and damage deposit when you make your final payment one month prior to occupancy. 

 

This website is for general purposes only and all reservations are secured on a "first reserved - first served" basis.  We cannot guarantee you a specific weekend until your reservation has been confirmed.  

 

To start your reservation:

 

  • Please send your request to merger95@gmail.com or contact us by telephone at 630-854-9290.  We will need your home address, telephone number and the weekend requested.
  • We will e-mail you the rental contract.  Print a copy and please sign and return with the reservation deposit of $200.00 USD.  At this time we accept PayPal and checks (personal, business, or cashiers).
  • We will send you a confirmation letter with your rental dates and a final payment reminder (due 30 days prior to rental).
  • Upon receipt of the final payment and the security and damage deposit we send you the electronic door code, security system instructions, and a list of things to do upon arrival/departure.
  • Within 30 days from the end of your visit we will return your deposit if you are in compliance with the rental agreement.   

In an attempt to keep things simple we try to do all the paperwork through e-mail or the US mail.  No need to worry about checking in!

 

Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your reservation two months or more in advance of your weekend you will receive a full refund of your downpayment.  If you decide to cancel within two months you will forfeit your downpayment.  If you decide to cancel within the final 30 days prior to your visit and you have paid in full you will receive 50% of your total payment.
