Our Vision & Pricing

Our vision is to provide a relaxing, comfortable place to channel your creative energy into spectacular scrapbooking pages while enjoying the companionship of friends in a cozy beach house setting.

Our idea is not new -- but how we have chosen to operate our rental home is. 

• We offer a private rental experience.  You rent the home - you are in control of who else is there with you.  Scrapbooking consultants are welcome to rent the home for their customers too.   A full house would cost less than two nights at a hotel per person!  Occupancy of 11 is recommended, however a maximum of 12 is allowed. 
• We offer a late Sunday check out.  Occupancy begins Friday at 12:00PM and concludes on Sunday at 5:00PM.  Why not get a full day's worth of cropping in before you leave?  With the extra time available on Sunday you won't feel the need to pull an all-nighter.  
• We offer a self-catering weekend.  You have the freedom to choose when and what you would like to eat.  Bring enough for all meals and dine in or bring some food and dine out/carry out for other meals.  It's up to you.
• We offer an extended stay option.  How would you like to start your weekend away on Thursday?  If that wouldn't work - how about a Friday to Monday stay?  Contact us for more details if you are interested in this option. 
• We offer a flat rate fee of $1,399 per weekend.  No additional fees applied.  That means all state and local taxes are included - along with the cleaning fee! 

At the end of your stay our hope is that your experience at "Picture Pefect" is one you would consider repeating.
